Nordic Light Roast - Discovering a whole new flavor experience with the perfect light roast!

Nordic Roast is a modern roasting style originating from the Nordic region, particularly Norway. With our upgraded coffee roasting machine, the high efficiency and insulation properties of the European brand Probat allow the coffee beans to unleash their full potential. With a meticulous artisan approach, we have experimented tirelessly to achieve the perfect stopping point during the roasting process. This method brings out the highest and most diverse flavors from each coffee's origin and variety.

The result is a smooth and velvety mouthfeel, with bright and gentle acidity, and significantly enhanced sweetness. Our coffee showcases the best characteristics of the origin and variety, presenting a superior and more refined appearance.

Included in this set are three different origin coffees, each weighing 100 grams:

ISA COFFEE's Background Story

Northern European Light Roast - 'Just Right Light Roast' brings a completely different new flavor!
Nordic Roast is a new style of roasting originating from the Nordic region, particularly Norway. With the upgrade of our coffee roasting machine to the high-performance European brand Probat, it enables efficient insulation and heat conduction, allowing the coffee beans to unleash more of their potential characteristics. With the craftsmanship spirit of continuous experimentation, we have developed a roasting method that stops at the precise moment, bringing out the highest and most diverse flavors from each coffee's origin and variety. This results in a smoother mouthfeel, bright yet gentle acidity, significantly enhanced sweetness, and a better overall appearance of the coffee.

Brewing Recommendations



1. Filter/Pourover ▶ Pour 240g of water at a temperature of 92 degrees Celsius into 15g of coffee grounds.

2. Aeropress ▶ Fill the Aeropress with 20g of coffee grounds and pour water at a temperature of 85 degrees Celsius until it reaches the brim. Let it steep for 1 minute, then press down for approximately 30 seconds.

3. Coffee Machine (Americano) ▶ Brew 40g of coffee grounds with 700g of water.
